Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Manifest mobile application (com.manifestapp.manifestation) and related services. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Manifest provides personal manifestation tools, a vision board, spiritual and astrological content, optional premium features, and symbolic deep-space transmission experiences. All content is for entertainment and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you are under 18, use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for securing your device. Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process content solely to operate and improve the app. You represent that you have all rights needed for the content you submit.

6. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Premium features are sold through Google Play, including:

Prices, duration, and features are shown in the app and on Google Play checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage subscriptions in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Refunds are handled under Google Play refund policies. Free trials, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

7. Advertising

Free-tier users may see third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for products, services, or content offered by advertisers.

8. Intellectual property

The app, trademarks, design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law or store terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM MANIFESTATION, ASTROLOGY, OR RITUAL FEATURES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the app, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may update the app or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
